I formed my LLC through ZenBusiness a few months back. I was drawn to the low-cost formation package but ended up adding their registered agent service. Overall it got the job done, though I had a confusing billing issue around the annual report reminder. Following this. I'm setting up an LLC for my Etsy shop and was looking at ZenBusiness.
I'd recommend LegalZoom over ZenBusiness if you want more hand-holding. ZenBusiness is fine for basic filing though. Their customer service was slow when I had a question about my EIN.

It took about three days for a response. Not terrible, but not great when you're trying to get things moving.
I think for a freelance translation business you'd be fine with ZenBusiness. The main thing is to watch out for the auto-renewal on the registered agent. Set a reminder to review before the annual charge hhits.
