I set up my LLC through one of those online formation services last month. Ever since, my inbox is flooded with upsell emails. "Upgrade to our premium package!" "Add a registered agent!" "Get your EIN fast!" I already have an EIN and I'm my own registered agent. I've unsubscribed twice and they keep coming. Is this normal? Do I just have to live with it?

Lol welcome to the club. I formed my LLC three years ago and I still get "final notice" emails about upgrading my package. Final notice my coot.
It's pretty normal for the big formation companies. They make a lot of money on upsells. Best thing you can do is filter them to a folder, or mark as spam. Unsubscribing sometimes just confirms your email is active, so they sell it or keep hitting you.

Not sure what you expected. You literally signed up for the cheapest tier of a company that sells upgrades. It's like ordering a plain burger and being surprised they ask if you want fries.
I used a local attorney to form mine. Cost more upfront but zero spam and they actually answer the phone. Just saying.
Yeah, but not everyone has $1,500 for an attorney. Some of us are bootstrapping. The upsell emails are annoying but manageable.
You can also set up a rule in your email to auto-delete anything from their domain that contains "upgrade" or "offer". I did that and it's been quiet ever since.
Honestly the "final notice" ones crack me up. What are they gonna do, un-form my LLC? lmao
