Just filed for an LLC through Bizee for my residential cleaning company. I was drowning in paperwork and needed something quick. The process was pretty smooth overall, but I want to hear from others who have used them. Did I make a mistake? The price seemed reasonable but I'm wondering about hidden fees or slow processing. Also, does anyone know if their registered agent service is worth it long-term?

Registered agent service is one of those things where you don't miss it until you get served or need a document forwarded quickly. For a cleaning business, you might not need it long term if you're comfortable being your own agent. But if you value your privacy, it's not the worst $119/year or whatever it is. I went with a different company though because Bizee's renewal fees were a bit steep for me.

I wouldn't stress. Bizee is one of the bigger names. Not the cheapest but they get the job done. What matters more is keeping up with your annual report and not commingling funds.
Following this. I'm about to file for my landscaping LLC and was looking at Bizee too. The $0 + state fee option seems almost too good. Anyone know if they upsell you hard after checkout?
Yeah they push the registered agent and EIN stuff but you can just say no. Not aggressive, just a checkbox.
Actually, for a single-member LLC you can get your EIN for free from the IRS. Don't pay anyone unless you really can't handle the online form.
I tried Bizee and honestly the dashboard was a nightmare to navigate. Canceled after the first year. But my sister used them and loved it. YMMV.
