Filed my LLC through them back in January and the formation itself went fine. But I had a question about my registered agent renewal last week and the support experience was just awful. Took four days to get a generic reply that didn't even address what I asked. Curious if this is normal or if I caught them at a bad time.
Has anyone had a bad experience with Bizee customer support?
Depends what channel you used. Their phone line was okay for me but the email/ticket system is where things seem to fall apart.
I've only ever used the chat. Wait times were long but the person who eventually helped me was fine.
My issue was the opposite. Quick response, but the answer was wrong and i had to correct them twice before someone actually looked at my account.
This is the part that bugs me. Fast isn't helpful if the reply is canned.
Yeah the canned rgeplies are the real complaint, not the speed. Half the time it reads like they didn't open the account at all.
For what its worth I had to call about my annual report and got a real human in maybe ten minutes. Not defending them, just saying phone was better than I expected.
Do they still have that separate line for registered agent questions? I remember getting bounced around a couple years ago.
I think it's all the same queue now, but I could be wrong. Either way nobody should need four days for a renewal question, OP.
Not with support exactly, but their billing side double charged me once and sotring it out took way longer than it should have. Kept getting transferred.
Transferred how many times? That's the detail I'd waxnt to know before deciding it's a pattern.
Three times over two calls. The refund did come through eventually though, so it wasnt a scam, just slow.
Honestly a lot of these filing services have thin support once you're past the signup. Not unique to them.
The transfer thing matches what I dealt with, minus the billing part. Mine was literally just asking whether the renewal date I saw in my dashboard was accurate. A yes or no. Four days for that.
I'd try the phone next time and skip the ticket entirely. And keep a screenshot of whatever they tell you.
